As previous the evening catering will be buffet style.

Please note it is not possible to book rooms directly with the hotel as we have secured the remaining bedrooms exclusively for this event and these prices help us cover the cost of the overall event and make it possible to put on.

We have initially 30 rooms available on the Saturday night and limited rooms on the friday night, so please do not hesitate and leave it until the last minute to book!

It is possible to book dog friendly rooms, these are charged at £30 for first night and £15 for any subsequent nights, please detail requirements as below, the hotel will request payment on check in.

Please use the ‘Any Other Requirements’ field for requesting twin rooms/numbers of dogs per night or any other requests!
