By purchasing this experience I hereby sign to say that I have read, fully understand and under-take to abide by the HCGB Competition Regulations for the time being in force. I further undertake not to compete in any race, with a hovercraft with any known defect that could in any way affect the safety of myself, other operators or spectators. I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to race and that I do not have any disabilities or mental health conditions that may affect my ability to race. I declare that I have not consumed any substance which may adversely affect my ability to race. I will inform the organisers immediately should any change in my condition occur which I may have reason to believe would affect my ability to race. I acknowledge that I understand the nature and type of competition and that I may be exposed to the potential risk and dangers inherent in motor sport and I will race with due and proper regard for my safety and that of others. I further undertake not to compete in any race if I have had any driving licence revoked due to medical reasons or have been advised not to drive any motor vehicle for medical reasons. I hereby accept the risks of motorsport and agree that no claim shall be made by me or anyone on my behalf against the Hovercraft Club of Great Britain Limited for any damage caused or injury received at this event howsoever caused. I sign to say that the craft that I use conforms to the current HCGB scrutineering regulations in force.
